Advanced Alloys Inc. provides a full
line of self-fluxing alloys and blends.
These powders provide a range of hardnesses
from 16 Rc to 63 Rc with the nickel/chrome/boron/silicon
base powders.
These powders are used to make blends
that are shown for the following powders.
The harsness that is show for each powder
is utilizing the matrix material.
The tungsten carbide/cobalt and/or tungsten
cast carbide utilized in the blend has
a range of 86-90 RS hardness.
PARTICLE
SIZE
Each of the powders shown can be particle
sized to spray in the applicable torch:
puddle torch. fuse welder, flame spray
and high velocity. PLEASE SPECIFY
THE TYPE OF TORCH/GUN TO BE USED.
